Summary :

• Responsible for the visual creation of branding and packaging materials

• Establishes the conceptual and stylistic direction for client projects and orchestrates the work of production artists, photographers, illustrators, pre-press technicians, printers and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project

• Generally selects suppliers and has final creative authority if there isn’t a creative director on staff

• Supervise a team of Designers

• Manage planning and tasks distribution for his/her team

• Attend clients and possibly business development meetings

• Strong in branding, packaging and marketing concepts and the production of collateral materials

• Mandatory experience in Packaging - Food and Corporate Identity

• At least 7 years of industry experience

• English mandatory

Creative skills

• From the brief, conceive all graphic creations ; is reponsible for creative quality and originality

• Supervise the layout, creative follow-up and fine-tuning of chosen routes

• Nourish and develop his/her creativity by being kept informed about artistic and graphic trends, créative competitors, technical evolution and new technological Tools

Technical skills

• Ensure creations feasibility according to technical constrainsts provided

• Control time spent of each budget under his/her responsibility according to timeline defined by Sales Team

• Familiar with set up, graphism, typography, photography, stylism,… technics such athe corresponding Tools and softwares

• Good command of graphic chain constrainsts, printing process,…
