The Louis Vuitton Cup, one of the most prestigious sailing cups, celebrated in 2013 its 30th aniversary in San Francisco. It was time to give a new breathe and an increased visibility to this event, while evoking more clearly the technologic power of the multihulls in competition from July 4th to August 30th.
The new identity developed by CBA calls on a modern interpretation of the nautical race world, where intrinsic dynamism and speed of the series push the creation forward.
The elegant logotype remains tied to the sailing world, but is sharpened to form a double flag, both graphic and iconic. The sign’s purity allows it to be impactful on all types and all sizes of displays (corporate collaterals, signage, merchandising).
