Changes in the CBA Retail team!

5 new talents for CBA Retail

CBA Retail, managed by Françoise Novel has recently welcomed 5 new talents in the Creative & Consulting departments.

Creative department

Awarded a Masters in Industrial Design from Stratford University in 2000, Joseph Morgans, 42, comes from Wales and recently joined CBA as Senior Artistic Director. He was previously based in Singapore as SEA Creative Director with Grey Advertising (WPP Group). Passionate about design, this Welshman earned his stripes at Guerlain, Dior, Sephora (LVMH) but also in the offices of Interbrand and Malherbes.

A young industrial designer, Paul Lemontey, Retail Artistic Director, will assist Corentin Nicolas, Creative Director, in the development of Retail concepts. Paul graduated recently from Strate School, but first took a product design course to then specialise in the retail sector. His love for the electric guitar encouraged him to invent his own guitar that he designed and created himself.

Consulting department

Romain Lachevre earned an M.S.c in Marketing Strategy from Paris Dauphine in 2003. After 4 years with the design agency W&Cie in Paris and Singapore, where he was Senior Project Manager for accounts such as the Accor Group and Peugeot, this sailing and design enthusiast joins the CBA Retail team as Project Manager.

Arnaud Faure, 24, joins CBA as Junior Retail Project Manager. A recent graduate from CELSA, Arnaud gained some experience in strategic planning notably with Geometry Global (Ogilvy), Piaget and Barclays.

Mélanie Béchon joined the CBA Building team (pilot, prototype and site management organisation) as a Technical Project Manager, after working as an associate at a Paris architecture firm. Mélanie, 28, graduated with a DSA in Architecture and Major Risks from ENSA in Paris Belleville and an accreditation in project management from ENSA in Paris La Villette. She will join Philippe Ozouf, Department Manager, with CBA Building projects.
